Best vacay we’ve been on.
We loved everything! The staff was amazing. My 10 year old and 2 year old had a blast. There was something for everyone. My senior citizen mother also couldn’t stop talking about how relaxed she was. We will definitely be back.
The only downside was trying to get a reservation at the restaurants. They all filled up and we were placed on the waitlist for all. We only got to try one out of the many because we couldn’t get a reservation.

What a wonderful hotelReal all ultra inclusive really excellent serviceits the 2ed time we have been there once in 2019 and once just this month.Both times for 5 nights 6 days.The Rooms are big, furniture though showing wear and tear a little  but still excellent.By the way, world class Spa in every aspect too, my wife and I enjoyed a very good 80 minute massage there.
During this time they offered 500 USD credit to listen on how to become a VIP or Diamond member which you can only do  if you invest something like 35K to 300K For this you get :50% to 90% discounts on all of Grand moon's different hotels and access to even more beautiful rooms and services. They said it would be an hour and a half meeting and it turned out to be nearly 3 hours with a very aggressive salesman. We literally had to fight to leave.I really told them we may be interested but we need some documentation sent to us to think about. They refused to do so and literally said it is only done when you are there, ......I am not sure who commits to such payments without time to think about this, but we can not do this even with all our respect for the Grand Moon. My thought on this: enjoy the excellent hotel and skip the sale pitch its a great hotel without this,

What was the highlight of Moon Palace The Grand Cancun
Moon Palace is a massive, luxurious resort with excellent dining, top-notch pools & great amenities.
The Moon Palace resort is massive, spanning over 120 acres. It consists of three sections—Sunrise, Nizuc, and The Grand. If you book a stay at The Grand, you have access to the facilities across all three resorts. The dining experience is exceptional across all restaurants. We tried Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Italian, Pan-Asian, and the international buffet. While the Indian cuisine was somewhat disappointing, the rest were outstanding. A highlight was Momo Teppanyaki, where the chef prepares the meal right in front of you, making for a fantastic experience. The resort features multiple pools, all of which are excellent. We stayed in a swim-up suite, which was absolutely perfect—truly the best choice we could have made. Though the resort is expensive, it is completely worth it. The water park is decent but more suited for younger kids. Unfortunately, two slides were out of order, which was disappointing. Lastly, all the bars serve high-quality alcohol, adding to the overall luxurious experience.
Reservations for the restaurants must be made in advance, and we struggled to find availability before 8:30 PM. In some cases, we noticed plenty of empty tables, yet guests without reservations were turned away due to "no availability," which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the golf carts, which are meant to shuttle guests around the resort, often take a long time to arrive, making transportation inconvenient at times.
